When ordered without a crystal cross and without personalization this item is backed by our money back guarantee. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may send the product back to us for a refund provided the item is unused and is in its original packaging. Return postage fees are the responsibility of the customer.

With Cross Pendant and/or Personalization

Products with a crystal cross or those that are personalized are custom made just for you. We are not able to offer a refund or exchange on a custom order unless it is damaged during shipping. If you receive merchandise that has been damaged, please contact us within 5 days of receipt to arrange for a refund or replacement.
