Striking in its simplicity, this garter set is available in four color choices, by Beverly Clark. The ribbon bow is finished with a clear rhinestone crystal (black crystal with black ribbon). The toss garter has a bit of something blue ribbon with a seven pearl medallion accent. The elastic in this garter will comfortably stretch to fit a 24" leg.
